Today I have spent the day cooking, cleaning and writing. Quite a good day!
I’ve been really inspired this week by all of the vegan MOFO blog posts but I’ve had no time to actually do any proper cooking. That changed today though!
For lunch I had noodle soup inspired by this post – http://veganwithameateatinghubby.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/week-1-day-3.html. I used mushroom stock in mine and added leeks, mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn.
I also made a gluten free loaf with a Mrs Crimbles box mix. I know this is cheating but I’m new to gluten free baking so it’s a good starting point! I liberally sprinkled sesame seeds on top to make it a bit more interesting.
Finally I’ll show you the beautiful cinnamon hot chocolate that I treated myself with this afternoon when I was finally getting down to do some writing and organising my random pages of notes.
Unfortunately my tea was a failure as I accidentally put gluten containing curry powder into it. I’m sure I’ll suffer tomorrow.
